Catholic Daughters of America
  The Catholic Daughters of America is an international organization of Catholic women dedicated to service for those in need, spiritual growth, and fellowship.  Meetings are held on the first Monday of each month in the lower auditorium of the school at 8:00 PM.  The activities include Annual Parish Day of Recollection, Court Scholarship Communion Breakfast, State Seminary Fund Fashion Show, meeting lecturers, cake sales, marching in the Fourth of July parade, hosting one monthly "Coffee and", monthly attendance at Mass as a body, and monetary donations to nations, state, and local charities.  All women are welcome to join.
Holy Name Society
  The Holy Name Society welcomes all men 18 years of age and older as member.  The Holy Name Society has as its goals:
  • To increase the love and respect for the name of Jesus;
  • To avoid the habit of profane language;
  • To give good example by regular practice of our faith;
  • To support all lawful authority (both civil and religious);
  • To influence others, with prudence, to avoid insults to God and practice morals of speech.

The Holy Name Society attends the 8:00 AM Mass as a body on the second Sunday of each month and their meetings are held on the following Monday at 8:00 PM in the lower auditorium of the school.

Knights of Columbus
  The Knights of Columbus is probably the largest Catholic men's organization in the world.  Its purpose is to work for the church and school, the needy and the handicapped.  Every member pledges himself towards these objectives during each of the degrees taken to become a Knight.  This fraternal organization offers men and opportunity to belong and yearly dues are inexpensive.  The Knights of Columbus Hall is located across from the school at Park Street and Bergen Avenue.  If you are already a Knight from anther town, you are welcome to join.
Rosary Society
  The Rosary Society meets on the fourth Monday of the month from September through May at 1:00 PM.  In November and December, meetings are held the Monday before Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Prior to the meeting, the Rosary and the Pro-Life prayer are recited.  Members of this organization also launders the purificators used at Mass and raise funds to donate.  Each member is obligated to recite and meditate on the fifteen mysteries of the Rosary once a week.  Everyone is invited to participate in the recitation of the Rosary, along with the society, following daily Mass.
Feast
  The Feast is an annual event to build community and to honor our patron, Saint Francis of Assisi.  It takes place for one weekend in late summer or early autumn.  The Feast is set up on the church grounds with rides, games, food, and booths selling handmade items.  Members of the parish organize the event and volunteer to work during the weekend.  This is that largest parish wide activity of the year and everyone is encouraged to participate.  In 1998, the Feast celebrated its 25th consecutive year.
International Dinner
   The International Dinner is held in early autumn, close to the feast of Saint Francis.  Volunteers from various ethnic backgrounds head committees to organize the dinner.  Typical foods from different countries are prepared and served by parish members.  The dinner has two seatings and tickets are sold for a small fee to offset the cost of decorations and beverages.  Every year the International Dinner has a large turnout with plenty of delicious, authentic, homemade food.  Anyone can offer to cook and everyone is invited to eat.
