  Church
St. Francis Church was built in 1930.  Throughout its 75 year history the church has
undergone many restorations.  During our last Capital Campaign, your generosity allowed
us to add central air conditioning to the church, as well as paint and renovate the
interior of the church.  As you know, the church is the centerpiece of our complex.
It is where we come together to worship our Lord.  During this campaign the following
  work needs to be completed:
    Bell Tower
    Church Windows                                              Estimated Costs
    Church Painting                                                    $250, 000
    Parking Lot
    Bathrooms
    Basement

  School/Auditorium
While many Catholic Schools are closing their doors, we at St. Francis of Assisi continue
to thrive.  We are still able to provide our children with a strong Catholic school
  education.

The school, the gym and lower auditorium are used as gathering places for all of us in
the church.  Religious Education, Coffee And….., Basketball, International Dinner,
Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Rotary Club, Holy Name Communion Breakfast, and most
  recently, The Feast.

However, in order to attract a new generation of students and families to
St. Francis of Assisi, the following capital improvements must be made:
     Roofs
     Bathrooms                                                        Estimated Costs
     Auditorium HVAC                                             $500, 000
     Auditorium Windows
     School Facade

  Convent/Rectory
Both the Convent and Rectory were built 50 years ago. Both buildings house our nuns
and priests.  The rectory also houses administrative offices.  The following upgrades
  need to be made:
Rectory: Upgrading Electrical System              Estimated Costs
Convent: Roof, Electrical System                       $50, 000

  Maintenance Fund
In addition to all the work that needs to be done, we want to establish a surplus of
$200,000 for an emergency maintenance fund.  This fund would be used for any
unexpected maintenance needs that may occur in the future.
