Anyone who would like to officially become a member of our parish family can download and fill out the Registration Form below. Completed forms can be submitted one of the following 2 ways:

1. Emailed to our Head Secretary, Patty Acosta, at pacosta@stfrancisrp.org

2. Mailed to the Parish Center at
